Our first released gin is distilled using a proprietary blend of red and blue juniper berries. All uniquely infused and double distilled in one of our copper pot stills. A true contemporary Canadian Gin. It has a bright juniper aroma and a gentle refined taste. It is smooth enough to drink neat and bold enough to mix well with other spirits, making wonderful cocktails.
