Where do we ship?

We currently ship to British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and Nova Scotia.

How much does shipping cost?

We ship through Canada Post and charge a flat rate for shipping. This means you can order as much as you'd like, and the shipping cost remains the same. Orders over $200 qualify for free postal shipping.

Ontario: $15 flat rate postal shipping

BC, Manitoba, Nova Scotia and Saskatchewan: $20 flat rate shipping

Please note: Orders can only be made and received by those of legal drinking age. Valid Photo ID is required to receive your order.


If you choose this option, you'll receive an email once your order is ready for pick up. Orders are usually ready within one business day. Contact us if it'll be a few days before you can pick up your order, as some items are prepared fresh. See hours for available pickup times.


1. Park your car at our front entrance (656 Dundas Street) or behind the distillery. There is a municipal lot directly behind our fenced in patio, which can be access via Queens Ave, Elizabeth St. or Adelaide St. N. Click here for a map and directions.

2. Upon arrival please call 226-918-5162. You will be asked for your full name and a description of your vehicle. If you are on foot, please call and wait by the front or back door.

3. We will bring your order to you. If you have purchased alcohol, you will be required to show your ID as per AGCO guidelines. If someone other than the purchaser is picking up an order, please send us their full name for authorization.


We offer FREE local delivery (in the London area) on orders over $60. For orders less than $60, a $5 delivery fee will apply.

Deliveries are made Tuesday - Saturday. You will need to be home to accept any alcohol deliveries, and will need to present your ID for proof of age. This can be done in a contact free manner.

Shipping Breakage Policy

On the rare occasion a breakage occurs or goods are faulty, we will happily offer a replacement or a credit on the return of the items in question. Please contact us at info@unionten.ca within seven days of receiving the product.


  • We may ask you to return the damaged product or to provide photographic documentation of the product(s) or packaging with which you are dissatisfied.
  • We will contact you via email once documentation is received and verified.
  • If we replace your item(s), it will be at our expense. Otherwise we will provide a full or partial credit or refund the purchase price of the item(s).
  • If we issue a refund for your order, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
