Distilled from fermented organic cane sugar in our copper pot stills. Our naked rum is finished in Whisky Jack oak barrels and alternative wood chips. This unique combination enhances this spirit with a highly aromatic and complex flavor profile with hints of brandy and fruits that embraces everything these two woods have to offer. Our Organic Cane Spirit can be utilized as a base spirit in cocktails or enjoyed neat, on the rocks or chilled.
