Ingredients:
1 oz Espresso (or coffee)
2 oz Coffee Liqueur (Union Ten Cold Brew Liqueur)
1-1.5 oz Christmas Cream
Instructions:
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the espresso and coffee liqueur. Shake for 15-20 seconds until chilled.
- Discard the ice and strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
- In a separate chilled shaker (without ice), add the Christmas Cream and shake vigorously for about 1 minute, until frothy OR use frother on Cream.
- Gently pour the frothy cream over the espresso cocktail.
- Garnish with 3 espresso beans for a classic touch.
