Fresh strawberries (about 3-4 medium-sized)
Fresh mint leaves (about 8-10 leaves)
50 ml Candy Cane Martini
20 ml lemon juice
20 ml simple syrup
Crushed ice
1 mint sprig for garnish
1 strawberry slice for garnish
Ice cubes for shaking
1 cocktail shaker
1 highball glass
  1. In the cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh strawberries and mint leaves until well crushed and the flavors are released.
  2. Add 50 ml of Candy Cane Martini to the shaker.
  3. Pour in 20 ml of lemon juice and 20 ml of simple syrup.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously until well chilled.
  5. Fill the highball glass with crushed ice.
  6. Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass, over the crushed ice.
  7. Garnish with a mint sprig and a strawberry slice on the rim of the glass or floating on top.
