- 50 ml Canadian GinΒ
- 200 ml Tonic Water (or to taste)
- Fresh Citrus Fruit, for garnish (i.e. lemon, lime, grapefruit)
- Ice Cubes
- 1 Glass
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour 50 ml of the Wild Strawberry Gin over the ice.
- Slowly add 200 ml of tonic water.
- Stir the mixture lightly to blend the gin and tonic water, without decarbonating it.
- Twist your piece of fresh citrus fruit over the drink. This will not only infuse fresh flavours but initiate the colour change of the Canadian Gin. You can then place the fruit into the drink or on the rim.
